If no rooms are available or you have a lower budget, please contact us to see if our partner neighboring locations have options. These change from time to time so we don’t keep them on the site. In this case you’d stay nearby but still have access to the hub for co-working, pool and community social activities. To maintain the ‘not so transient’ Pipe vibes we generally ask minimum stay of 2 weeks and these prices reflect this.
